TAI CHI

Tai Chi is an exercise for people of all ages and abilities, offering a wide range of physical, mental and emotional benefits.

 

Although Tai Chi was initially developed as a martial art, it is more commonly used in the west for its health benefits. It is also often referred to as a form of ‘meditation in motion’ as it promotes a sense of inner peace and tranquility.

 

Tai Chi is helpful for:

  • Stress, anxiety, tension and depression

  • Relaxation, calmness and confidence

  • Muscle tone, coordination, balance, and good posture.

QIGONG

Qigong is a system of exercise for general health and wellbeing. Integrating numerous physical postures and special breathing techniques, qigong can help to heal the mind and body.

Qigong is helpful for: 

 

  • Boosting energy levels, improving health and increasing the body's potential.

  • Developing muscle tone, posture, and body-awareness.

  • Concentration and calmness.
